We consider architecturally interesting homes currently listed for sale. The house does not need to be formally recognised, perfectly restored or expensive. It should contain a clear architectural idea — through its plan, setting, materials, period details, construction or relationship to the landscape.

- Important regional architecture
- Overlooked houses with exceptional bones
- Restoration opportunities
- Houses whose original design remains visible beneath later changes
